Welcome to Voice Reply Assistant. By using our Chrome extension and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Voice Reply Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Voice Reply Assistant is a Chrome browser extension that generates AI-powered reply suggestions for tweets on X.com (formerly Twitter). The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze tweet content and produce contextually relevant responses based on optional user-provided context.

Service Features

• Free Tier: 15 AI-generated replies per month.
• Pro Tier: Unlimited AI-generated replies for $14.99/month (billed monthly).
• User context personalization (optional).
• Multiple reply framework options (funny, personal experience, opinion).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voice Reply Assistant. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account and Usage

4.1 Device Identification

A unique device identifier is generated automatically when you first use the extension. This identifier tracks your usage quota and subscription status. It is stored locally in your browser and is not linked to your personal identity unless you subscribe to the Pro tier.

4.2 User Context

You may provide optional context (e.g., your role, expertise, audience) to personalize AI responses. You are responsible for ensuring this context is accurate and appropriate. Do not include sensitive personal information.

4.3 Fair Use

You agree to use Voice Reply Assistant reasonably and lawfully. Prohibited uses include:

• Abusing the service to generate spam, harassment, or illegal content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Sharing or reselling access to the service.
• Using automated tools to bypass usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Pro Tier Subscription

The Pro tier costs $14.99 per month and provides unlimited AI-generated replies. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled. All payments are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment provider.

5.2 Free Trial

New users receive 15 free replies per month. The free tier resets on the 1st of each month. No payment information is required to use the free tier.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
• Your payment method will be charged on the renewal date.
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes (handled by Paddle).
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the extension's "Manage Subscription" button or via Paddle's customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Voice Reply Assistant uses AI to generate reply suggestions. While we strive for quality and relevance, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content. By using the service, you acknowledge:

• AI responses may contain errors, biases, or inappropriate content.
• You must review all AI-generated replies before posting.
• We are not liable for the content of replies you choose to post on X.com.
• Posting harmful, illegal, or abusive content may result in suspension from X.com and termination of your Voice Reply Assistant account.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

Voice Reply Assistant, including the extension code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 User-Generated Content

Any user context or input you provide remains your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for generating AI replies and improving the service.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Third-Party Services

Voice Reply Assistant integrates with third-party services (Groq for AI processing, Paddle for payments, Supabase for data storage). You acknowledge that these services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

Voice Reply Assistant is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content.
• Damage to your reputation or business.
• Suspension or termination of your X.com account due to AI-generated content.
• Service downtime or interruptions.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your posting of AI-generated content on X.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Voice Reply Assistant at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked immediately.
• If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled (refunds at our discretion).
• Your usage data may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for small claims court matters.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voice Reply Assistant regarding the service.
