At Voice Reply Assistant, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for Pro subscriptions.
1. Free Tier
The free tier of Voice Reply Assistant (15 replies per month) does not involve payment and is not subject to refunds. You may use the free tier indefinitely at no cost.
2. Pro Tier Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions cost $14.99 per month and provide unlimited AI-generated replies. All payments are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment provider.
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of your first payment.
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request (e.g., technical issues, service not as expected, accidental purchase).
- Have generated fewer than 100 AI replies since subscribing (demonstrating minimal usage).
Important: Refunds are only available for your first payment. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. If you do not want to be charged again, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Renewal Charges: If your subscription has renewed, that charge is final. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Change of Mind After 7 Days: Refund requests made more than 7 days after the initial payment will not be honored.
- Excessive Usage: If you have generated 100+ AI replies, you have actively used the service and are not eligible for a refund.
- Violation of Terms: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended, and no refund will be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Include:
- Your email address used at checkout.
- Your device ID (visible in the extension popup footer).
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the extension's "Manage Subscription" button or via Paddle's customer portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain Pro access (unlimited replies) until that date.
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- Your account will automatically revert to the free tier (15 replies per month).
No refunds are issued for cancellations. You have already paid for the current billing period and will retain access through that date.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service (e.g., extension not loading, replies failing to generate), please contact us before requesting a refund. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem within 7 days, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
6. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle. If you have issues related to billing, payment methods, or VAT/tax charges, Paddle's support team can assist. However, refund requests must be submitted to us directly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
